Our website ordering capabilities have been very helpful to our customers and parts staff. We thank you for allowing us to serve you.
As with any transaction there are opportunities where the wrong item is ordered and a customer inconvenience will occur. We really strive to minimize any mistakes and apologize if we made one.
Wrong part received:
If any part ordered is incorrect due to an error on our behalf, please send it back to us (or come in) within 30 days of your purchase and it will be corrected. Be sure to include a note with name and daytime contact number so we may call to straighten things out.
If a part is wrong due to a customer mistake, that's ok but it will be subject to a 20% restock fee and must be new with original packaging. Additional shipping will need to be charged as well if we need to send out another part.
There are absolutely no returns on Electrical Parts.

30-Day No Hassle Return Policy - It is our goal to give our customers every opportunity to be sure they are making the right purchasing decision. That is why we offer a 30-Day No Hassle return policy. We are certain that you will be satisfied with your new equipment. However, if for any reason you are not, you can return your lawnmower or tractor within 30-days for a full refund.*
BPS Power Partner Guarantee - If we're performing a factory warranty repair on your commercial mower, we will service your unit within 24 hours or we'll give you a rental mower to use for free. Offer valid on new commercial mowers ( or larger) purchased from Buckeye Power Sales.**
*It is the customer's responsibility to maintain the equipment in accordance with the instructions provided in the Operator's Manual. Failures caused by abusive operation, neglected maintenance, unauthorized modifications, unapproved attachments, or usage which is contrary to the intended purpose will not be covered under this policy. All lawnmowers and tractors are subject to inspection upon return.
**Not valid on used equipment. Rental mower may not be of same make/model as your mower. Subject to terms of rental contract. Upon notification your mower is ready to be picked up, you have until the close of the following business day to pick up your mower. Otherwise, normal rental charges will apply.
